The program

Krome IT text messages cover assessment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on requests you’ve made, and occasional updates about our services. You only receive them if you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example on our assessment form or in a direct message.

How often

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You’ll get one message confirming it, and no more after that.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (725) 228-8088.

The fine print

• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
