Krome IT (“we”) keeps Las Vegas businesses open, secure and ahead. This policy spells out what we collect when you use kromeit.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you give us in a form: your name, email, business name, mobile number (only if you choose to share it), and your Cyber Resiliency Scorecard answers.
• What your browser shares automatically: basic technical details like pages visited, device type and approximate location, used to keep the site secure and understand what’s useful. If analytics is turned on, Google Analytics sets cookies for this.

How we use it

• To send what you asked for, like your PDF Scorecard report or a download.
• To follow up by email with practical advice about cyber resiliency and how we can help.
• To respond to assessment requests and schedule them.
• To keep the site secure and make it better.

Email

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you’re off the list. If you work with us or have an assessment booked, you’ll still get emails about that.

Text messages

We only text you if you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run kromeit.com and our follow-up, under agreements to protect it: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), our customer records and messaging tools (such as HighLevel), our email and automation systems, and Google Analytics if it’s turned on. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the reasons above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected] or call (725) 228-8088 and we’ll take care of it.

Security

Security is our business, and we hold ourselves to it: encrypted connections, limited access, and service providers we’ve vetted. No system is perfect, and if something ever affects your information, we’ll tell you.

Children

kromeit.com is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
